  • There are too many separate parent mails coming out and things are being missed.

We have since rag rated the parent mails according to their level of importance so that parents are clear on the ones they must read straight away, those that need to be looked at but not immediately, and those that can be selected as parental choice.

  • The position of tuck shop currently under the new restrictions was causing some build up of parents and children, which was making social distancing difficult to adhere to.

We now operate tuck shop in each individual year group before the end of the school day.

  • Can there be a new bike rack as lots of children are now cycling to school and it quickly fills up.

Through FEM we are having a new bike rack fitted but just need to decide on the location.

  • The road outside of school is becoming more unsafe, can we insist on a one way system suggested by parents forum as soon as possible.

A parent mail has gone out with this request on from the forum as well as it being an article in the school newsletter. The school will also contact the LA again regarding the enforcing of this.
